The leading-edge technology of the Zeiss projector creates a 360-degree view of the heavens seen from Vancouver. Not only can visitors view the night sky, but also are entertained with changing multimedia presentations including our famous laser musical productions and a variety of original shows created by the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre.
The full-motion simulator combines science and drama animating the excitement of space travel. The virtual voyage experience is split into two separate sections: a pre-show where you are informed of you current mission and objectives and the second section is the actual ride itself where visitors climb aboard a 30-seat spacecraft, strap on their seatbelts and soar past earthly and heavenly spectacles.
