North bound and thereafter follow same directions as from seattle, wa.Direction to the property from seattle travel north bound on highway 99 for 21 miles/34 kms, passing through the george massey tunnel, taking exit 37 on the right hand side. Continue over the bridge into vancouver and north to hastings street almost to burrard inlet. When entering vancouver the avenues start at 63rd and get smaller. As you crest the hill at 37th, enjoy the spectacular city view. When you get to kingsway, you are about 10 15 minutes away from the budget inn patricia. At 14th, knight merges and becomes clark drive. Stay on clark until hastings street. At hastings, turn left and proceed for 8 blocks. You will see the budget inn patricia on the right hand side.
