Location. Housed in a neo baroque building, the Grand Hotel Bohemia is located in the Old Town in Prague, Czech Republic. The hotel is one block from the Powder Tower and Municipal House concert hall. The Jewish Quarter and the shops of Wenceslas Square are within one kilometre, while Prague Castle is three kilometres away. The nearest Metro station, Namesti Republiky, is 200 metres away. Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG) is 15 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Multilingual staff at the Grand Hotel Bohemia's 24 hour front desk can book theatre tickets, sightseeing tours, and provide information on babysitting services.

Cocktails, Czech beers and bar snacks are served till late in the hotel's laid back Café Bar. Local speciality and international dishes are offered for lunch and dinner in the Restaurant U Prasne Brany's traditional Czech style dining room. The hotel has 24 hour room service.

Distance to Grand Hotel Bohemia is 15 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Registered taxis wait outside the Arrivals hall and cost about 600 CZK 900 CZK (22 EUR 32 EUR) to the city centre. Minibuses depart from outside the Arrivals hall and run to Namesti Republiky square, in the city centre. The single fare is 90 CZK per person. Bus numbers 119 and 254 run to Dejvicka, the airport's closest metro station. The journey takes about 20 30 minutes, and single tickets cost 20 CZK (1 EUR). Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The Grand Hotel Bohemia is located on Kralodvorska street. Prague's historic centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, as many roads are pedestrianised. Namesti Republiky metro station is 200 metres away. There is an efficient and inexpensive public transport system, including trams, buses, metro, and a funicular railway. Tickets are available from tobacconists, stations, and many hotel reception desks, and can be used on all modes of transport. Five of the major metro stations have information offices, with schedules, maps, and directions. The hotel has valet car parking for guests (surcharge).
