Location. The Hotel Julian is located in Prague, Czech Republic, 500 metres from the Vltava River, 700 metres from the Franz Kafka Museum and 1.5 kilometres from the Charles Bridge.
Hotel Features. This contemporary hotel with neo classical façade leads into a light lobby with a fireplace. The hotel offers a fitness centre with sauna and spa tub, and staff at the 24 hour front desk can book airport transport (surcharge), arrange chauffeur services, and organise sightseeing tours. There is onsite parking for those arriving by car (surcharge).

The Hotel Julian features an English pub style bar that is situated in the lobby, serving light meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are served around the clock, and further seating areas are available in the library which features an open fireplace. Vegetarian meals are available, and complimentary breakfast buffets are served each morning.

Guestrooms. The 33 guestrooms are spread over five floors and are decorated in light tones with have modern furnishings. All are equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones, minibars, desks, safes, and complimentary wireless Internet access. There are also tea and coffee facilities, and complimentary bottled water. Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers.

From Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG):
Distance to Hotel Julian is 14 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs around 660 CZK (26 EUR). The hotel provides a chauffeur transport service for 700 CZK (28 EUR). Alternatively, travellers can take bus number 119 to Dejvicka Station from the airport. From here, tram number 20 goes to Svandovo Divadlo Station, which is 400 metres from the hotel. All prices subject to change.

Getting around. Prague's historic centre is compact and easy to explore on foot, as many roads are pedestrianised. There is an efficient and inexpensive public transport system, including trams, buses, metro, and a funicular railway. Tickets are available from tobacconists, stations, and many hotel reception desks, and can be used on all modes of transport. Five of the major metro stations have information offices, with schedules, maps, and directions.
