Location. The Art Nouveau style Hotel Paris is in the Old Town of Prague, Czech Republic, within one block of Powder Tower. The hotel is 400 metres from Wenceslas Square. The nearest metro is Namesti Republiky. Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG) is 16 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Built in 1904, the Hotel Paris retains its original Art Nouveau exterior. An elaborate glass and iron canopy leads into a small lobby with mosaic tiled floor and gilt trimmed vaulted ceiling. Named after the actress and singer, the Sarah Bernhardt Restaurant has an Art Nouveau interior with blue mosaic wall tiles, original light fittings and gilt stuccowork. It serves French, Czech and international dishes, has live music each evening and jazz during Sunday brunch. Café de Paris is styled on a 1930s French café and is popular for coffee and cakes. Bar Chez des Amis is a favourite for cocktails. Room service is available 24 hours.
