Bohio de Playa is located in Cabarete, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, overlooking the beach at the Perla Marina. The property is 30 yards from the Natura Cabana Spa & Restaurant, and El Encuentro, a well known surfing and kite surfing spot, is less than one third mile from the property. Breeze's Superclub Resort & Casino, which also offers a golf course, is less than one half mile from the property.
This eco tourist, three level bungalow is made with natural woods. Located in a quiet, tropical garden setting, surrounded by a sandy beach, trees and tide pools, the bungalow is set by the pool on the grounds of the Casa Maravilla.

The bungalow features an open floor plan without walls. A loft platform nestled under the thatched roof offers two beds where guests awaken to the sound of waves and birds. Downstairs by the pool, a mini fridge and sink are available. The ground level of the bungalow offers a dining table and chairs at the pool's edge.
