The Hurghada sea gull is a large Resort hotel sited next to a private sandy Beach by the red sea, seven kilometres from Hurghada international airport. This four-floor hotel features 700 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which feature classic egyptian-style furnishings with tiled floors, rugs and patterned fabrics, and extend to balconies with views of the swimming pool or Beach. All are equipped with satellite television, telephones, minibars and safes. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. The all-inclusive room rate includes buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Guests can relax beside the multi-level outdoor pool, or wander along the private sandy Beach and rest beneath the sunshades. Those looking for more active entertainment can try a variety of indoor and outdoor sports activities and make use of the fitness centre. The hotel also houses a health club, which includes a sauna and spa tub and offers massage and beauty services. A variety of dining options are on offer, from international and italian buffets to light meals and snacks served in the Beach bar. Guests have a choice of bars in which to spend their evenings, including the king tut discotheque and the submarine pub, which is raised 18 metres above the ground and rotates to show panoramic views of the Hurghada shore. The hotel offers a varied daily entertainment programme, including nubian shows, egyptian folk shows and oriental belly dancing. Those visiting on business can make use of onsite conference facilities able to accommodate up to 200 people. Multilingual staff on the 24-hour front desk can give tour advice, arrange dry cleaning and take room-service orders. The Hurghada sea gull Resort is located in the centre of town, next to a large shopping centre. Those wishing to venture further afield will find luxor and the valley of the kings and queens 150 kilometres away. Hurghada airport is seven kilometres from the hotel and takes around five minutes by car.
