  • How are the Exchange Rates calculated?

  • Is there an advantage to booking my bus tour ahead of time (prior to arrival)?

    Yes. When it comes to reserving bus tours, your money can go a lot further with a little advance planning before you leave home.

    1. Save money - no price increases after you buy online.
    2. Safer - leave your cash at home, by planning ahead of time!
    3. Budget - know your costs upfront!

  • Will I recieve tickets?
    No. You will not be sent any tickets, as the reservation is made the instant you complete the shopping cart. You will recieve an email explaining who to contact to confirm your details when you arrive in Florida.
  • What happens if I want a refund?

    Refund Policy:
    We do our best to give our customers an enjoyable trouble-free holiday, but occasionally even the best laid plans can go wrong. If a guest is dissatisfied with a tour or if any advertised portion of the product is not provided, Gator Tours will take all steps necessary to either refund or provide alternate services.

    All refunds should be directed to the Gator Tours excursion coordinator, with guest's detailed complaint and action taken. The Gator Tours excursion coordinator will then address if anything and what will be credited. Partial refunds will be given if a tour element, such as a boat tour, cannot operate due to inclement weather or a mechanical breakdown.

    The following exceptions apply:

    Force Majeure circumstances:
    Any failure to perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and Gator Tours shall not be held responsible for the consequences of Acts of God, labor disputes, civil commotions, fire, weather conditions, theft, unavoidable accidents, war, acts of state or agencies thereof, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Gator Tours. Gator Tours shall not be liable should it be required to change an itinerary or other service necessary for the safety and continuation of any tour or passenger or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Gator Tours.

    Gator Tours reserves the right to modify or change any published rate where changes or modifications have been made and are required by any entities beyond Gator Tour's ownership or control.


  • How do I cancel a Tour?

    Cancellation & No Show Policies:
    A $10 per person cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for guests canceling excursions within 24 hours prior to tour departure.

    A 100% cancellation fee (the full amount) will be charged for guests canceling, re-scheduling, or who do not show for transportation and transfers the same day (applies to transportation only and vehicle charters).
