Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can order online?
Yes, 30 Adults and 30 Children per Ticket. Call us if you require more.

Will my tickets Expire?
Unused tickets do not expire. You will see dates on some tickets we issue, this is the date of printing, NOT an expiration date.

No, we would if we could but unfortunately we can't.

My child is only 12, but will be 13 when we go on vacation, can I order a child ticket?
No :( .The dinner shows look at the age of the child when they enter the show, not when you buy the tickets.

Do I have to pay for my 2 year old?
No. Children under the age of three can enter the dinner show attractions for free, however some dinner shows require you to pay for a child ticket if you request a highchair and not just letting them sit on your lap.

Are you timeshare dealers?
No. You buy tickets we mail them to you. No catch, no mailing lists or spam from us, just tickets at low prices with FREE shipping.

What happens if I want a refund?
Please contact us. Dinner Show ticket purchases are refundable. Even if we have shipped the tickets! (we will need to confirm the tickets are un-used). We use common sense business practices and want you to feel comfortable ordering and referring us to your friends. A re-stocking fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged to cover shipping, handling & the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card.

Why do other sites not offer the same refund policy?
Many sites do not have their own credit card merchant accounts, they use 3rd parties which means other people can see your financial details. We have our own merchant account, also many sites do not have official contracts with the parks, they buy from wholesalers.

What happens if my tickets get lost in the mail?
Please contact us. When you purchase tickets from our website, we will do everything we can to ensure safe delivery of your tickets. We have several security procedures in place. In the highly unlikely event that your tickets are misplaced/lost/stolen during transit, we can cancel the tickets & have new ones re-issued at the parks.

What do I do if I lose my tickets on Vacation?
We keep records of all ticket serial numbers and can cancel the tickets and re-issue you new ones. If you have partially used your tickets we will work with the theme park to re-issue you your remaining days.
