The rantasipi Imatran Valtionhotelli is a former castle in imatra city centre, just 300 metres from the Imatrankoski rapids and three kilometres from the bus station. The 92 guestrooms have light decor in warm tones with colour-coordinated fabrics. Amenities include satellite television with pay movies, direct-dial phones and high-speed internet access.
The hotel has two swimming pools, including a children's pool, and guests can unwind in one of three saunas, or work out in the nearby fitness centre.
