Location. The Hotel & Spa Lyon Metropole in Lyon, France, is located directly on the banks of the Saone River. Within five kilometres of the hotel are Place Bellecour, the Rhône and Saône peninsula, Parc de la Tête d'Or, and a variety of museums and historical buildings. Outside of Lyon, small, timeless villages dot the area with medieval hilltop retreats and tranquil valley communities.
