SofitelThe Hotel Scribe is a 19th-century building located in the centre of Paris, within one kilometre of the opera, champs elysées and louvre museum. Its 213 guestrooms over six floors feature light, traditional decor with modern touches. All offer flat-screen televisions with internet connections, satellite channels and pay movies, multi-line phones, safes and minibars. Bathrooms include robes, shower/tub combinations and complimentary designer toiletries.
Guests can start the day in the Hotel's breakfast room and browse complimentary newspapers in the lobby. After a day's sightseeing, guest can relax over drinks in the bar or order snacks and drinks from the 24-hour room service menu. The Hotel provides two dining options: les muses serves seasonal french cooking, in the tradition of auguste escoffier, with a modern twist, while le jardin des muses offers an à la carte menu of brasserie fare in a relaxed, peaceful setting. Several of Paris's historic attractions can be found in the Hotel's immediate surroundings, with the bustling place vendome 400 metres away and the louvre museum, home to the mona lisa, one kilometre from the Hotel. The modern high-rises of la defense, Paris's business district, are seven kilometres from the Hotel. Paris charles de gaulle airport is 23 kilometres from the Hotel, with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.

The Rer Train Service Serves The Airport. Line B Runs From The Tgv Station At Terminal Two To Gare Du Nord, ChâTelet-Les-Halles, St Michel And Denfert-Rochereau, With Connections For The Metro. A Taxi To The City Centre Will Take Around 45 Minutes And Costs 45 Eur To The Hotel. Roissybus Serves All Three Terminals And Runs To Rue Scribe, Where The Hotel Is Located. The Easiest Way To Get Around Paris Is Via The Fast, Cheap And Reliable Metro Service.
Driving Directions: From The Airport, Take Highway One In The Direction Of The City Centre/Porte De Chapelle. Once In The City Take The City Circle Line Peripherique Nord, Staying On The Right. Exit At Porte D'Asnieres, Turn Left At The First Traffic Lights, And Take Boulevard Malesherbes To The Madeleine Church. Drive Around The Church To The Right, Onto The Boulevard Madeleine. Continue Until The Old England Store Is Visible On The Left. Turn Left Just Before The Shop, And The Hotel Is On The Left-Hand-Side.
