Alain ducasse, the world renowned chef, has selected the Plaza Athenee to host his 3 michelin starred restaurant and is also supervising all our restauration outlets, from room service to banqueting. Our famous bar is one of the trendiest spot in paris where all the jet set gathers for a drink before or after dinner-they can enjoy the original cocktails created by our chief barman thierry hernandez, like the jelly shots cocktails, which are cocktails turned into jelly.
