Tube-shaped lights hang from the high ceiling at brasserie-style restaurant le faubourg, where the emphasis is on french dishes using seasonal produce. In summer, diners spill out onto the pavement terrace. Modern restaurant vapiano offers fusion cuisine, while the lobby bar has leather armchairs and serves drinks and light meals.
