Location. The modern, nine storey Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof is situated in the Berlin Zoo and Kurfurstendamm area of central Berlin; three kilometres from the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate attractions. Berlin Tegel Airport is seven kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.
Hotel Features. Guests can work out in the gym, and the Aqua Spa Centre offers a range of relaxing facilities including an indoor heated pool, hammam, sauna and solarium. Massage therapies are available in the treatment room, and the pool bar offers refreshments to guests relaxing on loungers by the poolside. Room service is available around the clock, and other practical amenities include wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, and garage parking at a cost of 18.50 EUR per day.

The Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof's modern brasserie style restaurant serves regional and Mediterranean specialities, with a list of over 100 international wines. The breakfast restaurant serves a buffet style breakfast daily, and the modern lobby bar has a cocktail happy hour.

Expert Tip. Berlin's most popular shopping boulevard, the Kurfürstendamm, known to Berliner's simply as Ku'damm, is less than 500 metres from the hotel, and is lined with department stores, elegant boutiques, cinemas, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Directions

Getting there. Taxis are readily available outside the terminal and cost approximately 17 EUR to the hotel. An airport bus is available that connects to the underground system and the nearest metro station to the hotel is Zoological Garden, 800 metres away. Bus 200 can be caught to Budapester Street where the hotel is situated, and there is also a jet express airport shuttle serving central Berlin. Berlin's integrated public transport system (the BVG) is the best way to get about. One ticket allows travel on all trains, trams, buses and ferries.
