The Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten is a modern, six-storey hotel located 100 metres from Tiergarten park and one kilometre from Berlin's central street, kurfurstendamm. The 274 guestrooms feature contemporary cream decor with light-wood surfaces and grey carpets, and are furnished with modern art wall prints, coffee tables, leather armchairs and minimalist plant arrangements. All are air-conditioned and come equipped with satellite television with pay movies, wireless internet connections, coffee/tea making facilities, minibars and safes. Bathrooms include tubs, showers and complimentary toiletries.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the hotel's restaurant offers mediterranean dishes as well as traditional german specialities, while the contemporary lounge bar serves wines, beers and a selection of cocktails until late. Guests can tone up on cardio-vascular equipment in the fitness centre, and then unwind in the sauna and turkish bath, or top up their tans in the solarium. The hotel offers 900 square metres of conference space, divided into 15 modular rooms able to accommodate up to 350 people. Audiovisual facilities are available upon request. Those visiting on business can make use of faxing and copying facilities and stay connected via wireless internet access. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer sightseeing advice, exchange currency and provide around-the-clock room service. Garage parking is available on site (surcharge). The area surrounding the hotel offers many of central Berlin's attractions, including the Tiergarten park, 100 metres away, and the kaiser wilhelm memorial church, one kilometre from the hotel. Sightseeing bus tours depart 100 metres from the hotel. The famous reichstag, the parliament building, is four kilometres away, as is potsdamer platz. Airport Berlin tegel is seven kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.

Continue 800 Metres Down The Strasse Des 17 Juni And The Hotel Is On The Left.
