Distance to the Hilton Frankfurt hotel is 15 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. There are two passenger railway stations at Frankfurt airport: the Fernbahnof (long distance) station and the Regional train station. Both can be accessed by a Sky Line monorail or a shuttle bus. Lines S8 and S9 of the S Bahn go to the Hauptbahnhof (central station) and the city centre. Regular buses to the city centre depart from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (level 2). Taxis to the city centre cost about 20 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Situated one kilometre from the Kaiserdom Cathedral, the Hilton Frankfurt hotel is next to the Opera House in the city's business district. Frankfurt's public transport system includes the S Bahn (over ground), the U Bahn (underground), and buses and trams. Tickets are available at most stops for daily or hourly use. The city centre is easily explored on foot. Cycling is a popular form of transport, and many streets have cycle lanes. Taxis can be hailed in the street. Onsite parking is available (surcharge).
Driving directions. From the airport, head towards the A5 motorway.
Exit at the Nordwestkreuz junction and join the A66, heading for Miquelallee.
At the second set of traffic lights turn right and proceed past the old medieval tower.
Cross over this junction and turn right to reach the hotel.
