Distance to A&O City Hauptbahnhof is 15 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes drive.
Getting there. Every 30 minutes, the Airport Express train runs to Leipzig main station, stopping at the site for the Leipzig trade fair. The journey takes about 15 minutes, and the fare is 3.40 EUR for a single ticket. Intercity trains run hourly towards Hannover and Dresden. A bus service runs 24 hours a day to Leipzig's main station, costing 4.60 EUR for a single ticket. Taxis cost around 30 EUR from Terminal B to Leipzig city centre and 40 EUR to Halle. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Leipzig has an extensive public transportation system (LVB), including buses, light rail trains, and trams. Tickets should be purchased prior to boarding and validated once on board.
