DorintLocation. The Dorint Strandresort & Spa Ostseebad Wustrow is located in the fishing village of Ostseebad Wustrow, Germany, 100 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the town centre.
Hotel Features. Situated between the Baltic Sea and the shallow body of water known as Saaler Bodden, the Dorint Strandresort and Spa consists of a complex of three storey brick buildings. Beauty, massage, and therapeutic treatments such as hot stones, singing bowls, and lymphatic drainage are offered at the spa. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, and tropical showers. Safe deposit boxes and currency exchange are available at the 24 hour front desk where staff can assist with travel and tourist arrangements. Coffee and complimentary newspapers are provided in the lobby. Garage parking is offered nearby.

A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning at the Quarterdeck Restaurant. Themed lunch and dinner buffets provide a choice of fresh, healthy dishes. Decor adheres to the principles of Feng Shui. Cocktails, spirits, and a variety of beers are served in the bar. In the Tee Lounge, guests can participate in modern tea ceremonies and choose from 88 kinds of tea.

Onsite recreation amenities include bicycle hire and a kids' club. Fitness trainers lead sessions in pilates, yoga, and Nordic walking. Water sports are available nearby.

Guestrooms. The 97 guestrooms have light, modern decor and are equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones, wireless Internet, coffee and tea making facilities, and minibars. Bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers, and complimentary newspapers and toiletries are also provided.

Expert Tip. The quiet lagoons, unspoiled sandy beaches, and forests of twisted beech trees in Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park are best explored on foot or bicycle. Please note: Renovation works will take place from 14th December 200 8 until 20th December 2008. During this period, the swimming pool will not b e available for use. However, the saunas will still be open.

Directions

From Rostock Laage Airport (RLG):
Distance to Dorint Strandresort and Spa is 45 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Buses depart from outside the Arrivals' hall to Rostock railway station. Taxi fare to the station costs around 37 EUR or 65 EUR to Wustrow. Trains run between Rostock and Ribnitz Damgarten West. All prices are subject to change.

Getting around. Wustrow is best explored on foot. The Darss Peninsula can easily be explored on bicycle. Buses and trains run throughout the region.
