Distance to Budapest Karoly Central is 18 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. The number 200 bus runs every 10 12 minutes to the metro station, and costs 210 HUF. At the Kobanya Kispest station, take the metro to Deak Ter. Change here for the Red line and travel one stop in the direction of Ors Vezer Tere, getting off at the Astoria stop, 50 metres from the hotel. There is a taxi stand at the airport. Passengers are advised to negotiate a price before travelling, as fares are not always regulated. The fare to central Budapest should be about 5, 200 HUF. All prices subject to change.

Getting around. An efficient and inexpensive public transport system operates in Budapest. There are easy links between the buses, HEV trains, metro, trolley buses, and trams. Tickets are available from kiosks, newsstands and metro stations.
