The Hotel Romagna is located in the historic centre of florence, 200 metres from santa maria novella train station and the medici chapel, within 400 metres of the duomo. The 23 guestrooms have a simple decor with light wood furniture and pastel striped fabrics. All include satellite television, safes and direct-dial phones.
Continental buffet breakfast is served each morning in the breakfast room. The Hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and all public areas are air-conditioned. Multilingual staff can assist guests with arranging tours, book theatre and museum tickets, and organise laundry services. For drivers there is parking nearby. The Hotel is situated within walking distance of the city's main historic attractions, with the uffizi gallery, bargello museum, accademia gallery, ponte vecchio and pitti palace all to be found within 600 metres. For those arriving by plane, florence vespucci airport is seven kilometres away. Although the airport is very close to florence, traffic can be bad in the city, so guests are advised to allow 20 minutes. The airport is a short taxi ride from town (costing 13-16 eur) although it is also possible to take the half-hourly bus, which transports passengers to santa maria novella station.

From The Airport Follow Directions For The Centre Or For Santa Maria Novella Train Station. On Arriving In Front Of The Roundabout At Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Drive Towards The Little Square Called Piazza Dell'Unità Italiana, Where The Grand Hotel Majestic And Grand Hotel Baglioni Are Situated. Follow The Street Between The Two Hotels, Called Via Del Melarancio. At The End Of This Street Medici Chapels Will Be On The Left. Pass By Medici Chapels And Turn Right At The End Of The Street. Drive 100 Metres, The Hotel Romagna Will Be On The Right.
