Location. The intimate Hotel Delle Tele occupies a 17th century Florentine house in the centre of Florence, Italy. The hotel is 200 metres from the Duomo cathedral and Ponte Vecchio bridge and 300 metres from Piazza Signoria. Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR) is three kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Hotel Delle Tele takes its name from the Italian word for canvas, 'tele', and has a large collection of oil paintings on display. Staff on the 24 hour front desk can provide information on babysitting and childcare. Parking is available (surcharge).

The hotel serves breakfast (surcharge) and has room service offering snacks.

Guestrooms. The 13 climate controlled guestrooms are spread over two floors and have simple decor and furniture, which doesn't detract from the paintings on the walls. All rooms have satellite television, minibars and dial up Internet access. Private bathrooms feature hair dryers, bidets and showers.

Expert Tip. Just 300 metres from the Hotel Delle Tele, one of Florence's most famous squares, Piazza Signoria, has the replica of Michelangelo's David on display.

From Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR):
Distance to Hotel Delle Tele is three kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Taxis into the city centre cost approximately 15 EUR 16 EUR, and the journey time is 15 minutes. An airport bus departs for Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station every 30 minutes. The station is 100 metres from Hotel Delle Tele. Single tickets cost 6 EUR. Terravision coaches travel to central Florence and Pisa Airport. Tickets cost 12 EUR, and the price includes a one day pass for Florence's city buses. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Hotel Delle Tele is on Via Panzani in the centre of Florence. Florence is compact and easily explored on foot. There are traffic restrictions in the city centre, and parking is expensive. Bright orange buses operate throughout the city centre. Tickets are available at vending machines or from tobacconists. Tickets are sold based on length of time, and are available for one, two or 24 hours. There is a taxi rank in front of Santa Maria Novella Station. Parking is available at the hotel (surcharge).
