Location. Hotel Kraft is in central Florence, Italy, one kilometre from the old city centre. Santa Maria Novella church is one kilometre from the hotel, while the Accademia Art Gallery and Duomo cathedral are within two kilometres. Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR) is 10 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Occupying a 19th century townhouse, Hotel Kraft's lobby is decorated in terracotta tones with small statues, a fireplace and piano. There is a reading corner with wireless Internet access, and concierge services and currency exchange are available.

Hotel Kraft's Terrazza Rossini restaurant offers Tuscan and fusion cuisine. Guests can dine on the roof terrace from May to September while taking in panoramic views of Florence. Complimentary buffet breakfast is served.

Meeting and conference rooms are available at the hotel, with exhibition space and banqueting facilities.

Hotel Kraft has a rooftop pool open from June to September, with sun loungers and deckchairs.

From Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR):
Distance to Hotel Kraft is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Taxis into the city centre cost approximately 15 EUR 16 EUR, and the journey time is 15 minutes. An airport bus departs for Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station every 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 6 EUR. Terravision coaches travel to central Florence and Pisa Airport. Tickets cost 12 EUR, and the price includes a one day pass for Florence's city buses. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Hotel Kraft is on Via Solferino, 200 metres from the River Arno. Florence is compact and easily explored on foot. There are traffic restrictions in the city centre, and parking is expensive. Bright orange buses operate throughout the city centre. Tickets are available at vending machines or from tobacconists. Tickets are sold based on length of time, and are available for one, two or 24 hours. There is a taxi rank in front of Santa Maria Novella Station.
