Lilium is a comfortable 3 star Hotel that has recently been restructured. The equipments and furniture are completely renewed. All rooms are furnished with private bath/air conditioning/mini-bar/satellite tv/private safe/hairdryer/fan and dsl internet connection plug with laptop provided. In the national geographic magazine apr. 2003 on page 59 you can read-the owner of Lilium annibale batossi is an abstract painter with exuberant and sere eye for interior decor. Opened in sep. 2002 the Hotel occupied on floor of a 1924 building on a busy street. Australian songbirds welcome you to the lobby and serene blue hallways lead to high ceiling rooms with painted armoires and color-coordinated with the sheets. Everything in the sunny place is nicely up-to-date. Firm mattresses/air conditioning in every room/well-conceived bathrooms. Check in and you will be among the first to stay at a Hotel thats earning a serious following. Best rooms-six rooms have small plant filled terraces. Bathrooms-half with tubs/half with showers. all have bidet. Breakfast-cozy and relaxing atmosphere. hotel Lilium is situated in the historical center of rome in an antique building a short distance from the famous via veneto and villa borghese as well as the main railway station-termini. It is very well connected to any tourist attraction which can be reached with in a few minutes-spanish steps 10 minutes by feet/trevis fountain 15 minutes by feet/colosseum and the ancient vestigias 5 minutes by bus/vatican city 15 minutes by bus.
