Kolbe Hotel Rome

Location. The Kolbe Hotel Rome is housed in a former convent, situated next to the Forum in Rome, Italy, within one kilometre of the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, and 3.5 kilometres from the Vatican. It is 600 metres from the Colosseo metro station.
Hotel Features. This historic building extends to a pretty garden with palms and orange trees, and inside, is air conditioned throughout. Expert Tip. Now used as a park, the Circus Maximus dates back to the sixth century BC, and was used predominantly for horse racing and chariot racing. Twice destroyed by fire, the original wooden structure was replaced by marble in AD 36.
