Occupying an ochre painted Renaissance building, which has been providing lodging to guests to the Eternal City since the mid 15th century, the Hotel Sole al Pantheon, as its name suggests, overlooks Rome's awe inspiring Pantheon and lies 500 meters from the Piazza Navona. The eye catching lobby, decorated with replica 17th century frescoes, imbues the hotel with a sense of history while reflecting the historical prestige of its central location. Of the hotel's 31 air conditioned guestrooms, 25 are located in the main building while an annex opposite the Pantheon houses six apartments. All with high ceilings and elegant long windows, the classically decorated rooms feature antique furniture and prints, marble bathrooms with jetted tubs and power showers, minibars and complimentary Internet connections. | Check-in: | NOON |

The Leonardo Express train connects Fiumicino
Airport, also known as Leonardo da Vinci Airport,
with Termini Station, which is a two kilometer taxi
ride from the hotel.
Rome's integrated transportation system includes
buses and trams (ATAC), subway (metropolitana),
suburban trains (FM) and coaches (COTRAL). The city
center is easily negotiated on foot. Rome justifiably
has a reputation as one of the most dangerous places
to drive in the world. Its narrow streets and relaxed
attitudes towards traffic regulations make it a
challenge for even the most experienced driver.
