Palanga Hotel

Location. The Hotel Palanga is located in the seaside resort of Palanga, Lithuania. The Baltic sea is 50 metres away, and there is an amber museum two kilometres away. It is eight kilometres to the airport.
Hotel Features. Designed to resemble a ship, the Hotel Palanga was created by Lithuanian architect Rakauskas in 2003. Set in a pine forest with views of the Baltic, the hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool and terrace, and there is a hair salon, gift shop and spa offering beauty treatments and massages. Complimentary Internet connections are available throughout the hotel. A concierge service is offered by the multilingual staff, and parking is complimentary.

A complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the Palanga restaurant, which specialises in seafood. Guests can dine on the terrace, and tables have white tablecloths and teak seating.

There are a range of facilities for business events, including small meeting rooms and a conference room.

Guestrooms. The 46 air conditioned guestrooms are furnished with teak beds and wardrobes, and decorated in neutral shades. All lead out to balconies with views of the forest or sea. Amenities include satellite television, wireless Internet access, and minibars. Bathrobes and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Expert Tip. Palanga is well known as a health resort, and has been a spa town used for restorative breaks for many years.
