Riu Caribe All Inclusive

Location. Inspired by Mayan pyramid design, the Riu Caribe All Inclusive resort rises between a powdery white sandy beach and Nichupté Lagoon along the northern edge of Cancún, Mexico. Cancún Convention Center is located three kilometers away.
Hotel Features. Albatros is a glass walled, sea view restaurant that serves international breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets while Maria Margarita presents colonial décor and elegantly prepared Mexican cuisine. The resort provides eight dining venues, including some open air accommodations. An Internet center contains multiple computers with high speed Internet access, and flexible conference space accommodates small or large meetings. The resort's offers an outdoor pool with a children's section, just accessed by crossing two bridges. A health spa and fitness center offers work out equipment, massage and body treatment rooms, Roman baths and a 10 person spa tub. The Resort features after dark shows, Spanish and salsa lessons, beach soccer and pool volleyball. Supervised children's programs offer youth recreation while parents explore life on the island.

Guestrooms. The nine story Riu Caribe offers 505 air conditioned guestrooms and suites with small balconies or patios that afford partial views of the Caribbean Sea. Spacious junior suites boast larger balconies that directly face the sea. Décor elements include light gray marble floors and charcoal marble accented bathrooms. Cream walls provide the backdrop for warm wood furnishings detailed with thin bands of carved, wooden strips, wrought iron light fixtures, dining sets, and tropical print fabrics.

Expert Tip. The Nichupté Lagoon lies across the boulevard taht fronts the resort. The resort's upper floor corridors are popular spots for sunset photography of the lagoon and its mangrove forests.
