location. the Westin Resort Los Cabos in san jose, mexico, was designed by mexican architect juan sordo madaleno, noted for his use of the international style and for introducing radical building concepts to meet the demands of tourism. The building's vibrant pink, yellow and blue exterior pop from the earthy red and brown desert cliffs upon which the gracefully curved main building rests. Seven championship golf courses are nearby the hotel. The 18-hole el dorado and cabo real courses are the closest to the Westin Resort Los Cabos. Running maps are available to guide guests choosing to either run or walk the scenic 4.8 and 8 kilometer routes.

The menu includes such dishes as fresh red snapper, crab bisque and braised lamb chops. Inside the restaurant is the asian corner, which offers spicy chipotle tuna rolls, maki and nigiri. The la playa restaurant provides poolside lunches, daily.
