Location.Housed in a converted 18th century mansion, the Hotel Roemer is a city centre boutique hotel opening to a trendy, modern interior and located just 200 metres from the buzzing square, Leideseplein. Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is 15 kilometres away, and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach by car.
Hotel Features.The modern brick façade of the Hotel Roemer opens into a contemporary design lobby area where guests can relax and enjoy cocktails, drinks and light meals, and which features a fireplace and extends to private garden. Expert Tip.The Anne Frank House, located one kilometre from the hotel, is a museum dedicated to the life of the Jewish wartime diarist who hid from the Nazis. Visitors can see the secret annexe where the family lived, as well as exhibitions dedicated both the Frank family and persecution in general.
