Were within walking distance of many government departments the terrace- westpac stadium and lambton quay. We are easily accessed from state highway 1 and are within walking distance of the wellington railway station and bus and ferry terminals. there are numerous cafes wine bars and fine restaurants within walking distance. our 48 studio apartments are completely self contained with full kitchens and laundry facilities. Dishwashers- microwaves separate freezers and ovens come standard in our apartments. the services we provide include room service restaurant charge backs dry cleaning and free wireless broadband internet. Stanley road cafe restaurant and bar is located on our ground floor. There is plenty of On and off street parking. Off street parking is available at daily or weekly rates. a variety of conference facilities are available within 2 to 5 minutes walk and the cafe On our ground floor is available for private functions. at Aitken On Mulgrave we try to minimize our impact On the environment and our carbon footprint. Aitken On Mulgrave is a new building built in 2003 to the latest building specifications. Every apartment is fully insulated against noise fire and loss of energy. We use energy efficient appliances and long life eco light bulbs throughout gas for water heating environmentally friendly cleaning products- and we recycle.
