"Dumbo draws a crowd even on quiet days at the park, so do this attraction first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon. Tad is growing out of it, but it's still one of Lily's favorites. She loves controlling how high or low Dumbo goes! The new version of Dumbo is the Storybook Circus section of Fantasyland is amazing...and even more beautiful at night!"

This is one of the original attractions at Magic Kingdom® Park which opened on October 1, 1971.
The 1941 animated classic, "Dumbo" earned an Academy Award® for best musical score of a motion picture. Look for the nearby trio of elephant topiaries. At the time of the Disney animated film release in 1941, Dumbo was slated to appear on the cover of Time magazine until more newsworthy events at Pearl Harbor occurred on December 7th.
