From Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD):

Getting there. A regular underground metro service runs from the airport to central Madrid. The station is located in Terminal Two and is on line 8 (pink). Change at Nuevos Ministerios and take line 10 to Plaza de Espana, 200 metres from the Suites. The single fare is 1.75 EUR. An airport bus runs to central Madrid's Plaza de Colon terminal. The bus departs every 10 minutes and tickets cost 2.40 EUR. Taxis direct to the hotel cost about 25 EUR, including an airport surcharge.

Getting around. The squares and narrow streets in central Madrid are best explored by foot. An extensive public bus and metro system offers a cheap and efficient way to get around the city, and metro stop Plaza de Espana is 200 metres from the Suites. Single tickets can be bought from bus drivers or machines. A 10 trip Metrobus ticket, costing 6.40 EUR, is ideal for those making multiple journeys. Taxis can be hailed on the street and are reasonably pric ed. Price is subject to change.

Driving directions. From the airport, take motorway A2 towards Madrid.
Exit for Madrid City Centre and at Avenida de America, take street Maria de Molina.
Continue until D r Marnon Square and turn left onto Paseo de la Castellana.
Turn right after 1.5 kilometres onto Genova Street.
Turn left onto La Princesa Street.
Turn right onto Luisa Fernanda Street.
Turn left onto Juan Alvares Mendiazabal Street where the hotel is found.
