The Hotel Caribe is a caribbean-style resort set in tropical gardens, one kilometre from the mediterranean town of salou. It is 16 kilometres from the golden beaches of costa daurada, and features 500 guestrooms set in 14 low-level buildings. All have light caribbean decor with dark wood furnishings, and include balconies, air conditioning, satellite television, direct-dial phones, desks, safes, refrigerators, and sofabeds. Bathrooms have bathrobes, hair dryers, and bidets.
Guests can relax at one of the Hotel's four swimming pools, set amidst a sea of palms and extensive gardens, and the wellness centre offers cardiovascular and resistance weights, a sauna, and a spa tub. Guests have a wide choice of dinner venues, including the el bohio buffet restaurant serving international cuisine with a mediterranean influence and overlooking the Hotel's private lake. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily. There are also numerous bars, including the mango bongo, serving up cocktails and ice creams, and children can be kept entertained at the isla tortuga children's club. The Hotel provides a wellness centre with a heated swimming pool and cardiovascular and resistance weights, while beach football, volleyball, a 1, 500 metre jogging circuit, giant chess and caribbean dance lessons are also available. The resort is affiliated to universal studios Portaventura, which gives guests unlimited access to Portaventura theme park, Caribe aquatic park (subject to stay duration), and complimentary access to the beach club, with water sports, children's areas and pools. Golf is available nearby. The surrounding area provides numerous sites of historical significance, including the archaeological vestiges of tarragona romana, and the cathedral, both nine kilometres away. Reus airport is approximately 15 kilometres from the Hotel, a 20-minute drive.

A 10-Ride Pass Costs 5.15 Eur. Prices Are All Subject To Change. Driving Directions: Take The Ap-7. Exit 35 Leads Straight To Portaventura.
