All guestrooms and suites are decorated in Modern Thai style and furnished carpeting, double glazed windows, an in room safe, refrigerator, and other amenities. The rooms feature a marble bathroom with tub and shower. Room service is available 24 hours, as well. The hotel's amenities also include a health club and gigantic swimming pool, possibly the largest of any Bangkok hotel. There are seven different food and beverage outlets onsite, including a riverside terrace bar, and poolside drinks and snacks. Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Western menus are all available.

Renovation Notice:
Work has already begun on renovating the function and private meeting rooms of the hotel, which affects both the mezzanine and the 2nd floor of the property. This work is scheduled to last until 1 October 2006. The noise impact will be minimal.
Starting 11 March, demolition work will start and will be complete 1 June 2006. The noise impact from the demolition will be greater than that of the other renovation work.
From September 2006, the new rooms and suites will be operational and ready for guests to enjoy.
