Set among trees beside a large swimming pool, the Thalassa Village Hammamet is a three-storey modern hotel with arabic-style architecture, set 400 metres from a private beach and 6.5 kilometres from the city centre. Air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in pastel shades and furnished in pale blue wood with light coloured fabrics. All rooms include balconies and telephones.
Guests have the choice of four restaurants and bars with a range of dining options, from an a la carte restaurant to a poolside barbecue. The hotel houses three swimming pools, including one for children, and a health club where guests can work out or unwind with a sauna. In the evening, guests can enjoy drinks by the outdoor pool or on the beach before dancing the night away at the onsite nightclub. The front desk, open round the clock, can help with services including currency exchange and transport to and from the airport. Hammamet's historic centre is less than seven kilometres away, and friguia park zoo is 35 kilometres from the hotel. Tunis (carthage) airport is 60 kilometres from the hotel and can be reached by car in approximately one hour.
