Ramada Tamworth

Location. Set just off the M42 motorway northeast of Birmingham, the Ramada Birmingham East A42s is a modern red brick hotel spread over two floors and located twelve miles from the National Exhibition Centre. Birmingham International Airport (BHX) is 16 miles away and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach by car.
Hotel Features. Guests can start the day with a continental breakfast (surcharge) in the hotel's restaurant. 24 hour room service and laundry facilities are available and there are conference rooms suitable for up to 120 people. Complimentary onsite parking is provided.

The Ramada Birmingham East Hotel houses an informal, modern restaurant serving a range of Bistro style dishes. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Lounge Bar offers snacks and light meals.

Guestrooms. The 95 guestrooms feature simple, modern decor. Amenities include Internet connections, televisions with pay movies, direct dial phones with modem points, safes and coffee/teamaking facilities. Bathrooms have shower/tub combinations, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.

Expert Tip. Tamworth Castle, located five miles from the hotel, was built in the 11th century by the Normans and overlooks the River Tame. It is one of the best preserved motte and bailey castles in England.
