The Astor Court is a west end hotel housed in a grade ii listed victorian building, formerly a gentlemen's club, and located one kilometre north of the shops on oxford street. The 45 simply decorated guestrooms have traditional decor and dark wood furnishings, and are all equipped with cable television, coffee/tea makers, direct-dial phones, and safes. En-suite bathrooms have hair dryers, bathtubs with handheld showers and makeup mirrors. Apartments also have kitchens.
Guests can set themselves up for a day of sightseeing with a complimentary continental breakfast. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can help with excursions and tours, arrange restaurant reservations, and book theatre and show tickets. Practical amenities include babysitting and childcare, laundry services and wireless internet access. Guests receive a 25 per cent discount at the nearby ncp car park and a special rate from the la fitness health club, opposite the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by a wealth of attractions. Bustling oxford street, and the peaceful green expanses of regent's park are both within a kilometre.
