The Rockwell is an independent hotel with an emphasis on understated contemporary style impeccable levels of personal service and attention to detail. Each of the forty rooms has been crafted to create a relaxed atmosphere- whilst retaining an individual character which combines english tradition with contemporary styling. Each of the many different sizes of bedroom have been tailored to make your stay as comfortable as possible the beds themselves are large and inviting with pocket sprung mattresses and dressed with the finest egyptian cotton- feather pillows and merino wool blankets. Delicately sculpted timber light fittings and palm inspired wallpaper create an intimate dining environment. Our menu is based on modern interpretations of traditional british fare and is accompanied by an extensive wine list.
