Scottsdale Links Resort

Location. Scottsdale Links is tucked between the Tournament Player's Club Desert Golf Course and the McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, Ariz. WestWorld, an equestrian center and special events facility, is one half mile from the resort. Shopping, dining and entertainment are available five miles away at the Desert Ridge Marketplace Mall.
Features. This all suite resort offers a picnic area, fire pit and barbecue facilities for outdoor dining. The resort features a heated lagoon style pool, patio and changing facilities. A spa is staffed with licensed massage therapists and offers a fitness center with a steam room. Wireless Internet access is availabe for $.35 per minute. The front desk offers fax and photocopy services.

Guestrooms. Scottsdale Links showcases 228 suites with private balconies and separate living rooms and sleeping areas. Dining rooms offer seating for four. All accommodations feature kitchens with four burner ranges, microwave ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, breakfast bars and coffeemakers. Wireless Internet access is available in the suites for a fee. Cable television, VCRs and DVD players are included. The resort provides a mid week cleaning for stays of four nights. Washers and dryers are provided.

Expert Tip. The Tournament Player's Club Desert Golf Course, located adjacent to the resort, is the "baby brother" of the Tournament Player's Club Stadium Golf Course, which hosts the PGA Tour's Phoenix Open. Though the courses were designed by the same architects, Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, the course offers a round of golf for roughly one quarter of the price of the TPC Stadium Golf Course.
