PreferredLocation. The six story Ivy Hotel sits on F Street in downtown San Diego, Calif. The property is one block from the historic Gaslamp Quarter and two blocks from Horton Plaza Shopping Center. San Diego Bay and the Museum of Contemporary Art are six blocks away. San Diego International Airport sits less than one half mile from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Quarter Kitchen Restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners in two private dining areas. The restaurant's exhibition kitchen provides various menu items including caviar tacos, lobster pot pies and over 650 bottles of hand selected wines. The Ivy Hotel supports an energetic night life scene throughout the hotel Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with its popular four story nightclub, Envy. The nightclub features two mezzanine levels, an expansive lounge level and a dance floor with disc jockeys. Eden, the rooftop pool, sundeck and bar area, offers lunches and dinners and rents private cabanas with VIP bottle service in the evenings. This non smoking hotel features business services and complimentary wireless Internet access. Pets are welcome at the Ivy Hotel.

Guestrooms. The 159 guestrooms of the Ivy Hotel feature oak floors and deep, mahogany stained furnishings. Omaha beds offer lambs wool mattress covers, 300 thread count combed cotton Thai linens, duck down bedspreads and goose down pillows. 42 inch plasma televisions provide high definition movies with virtual 5.1 sound effects. Audio/visual hubs for iPod, MP3 player and laptop interface are provided in each room. Amenities include refrigerators and coffeemakers. Guestrooms offer minibars with full sized bottles. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided in each room. Bathrooms offer microfiber bathrobes and Korres environmentally friendly bath amenities.
