Grand Hyatt San Francisco

Location. The Grand Hyatt San Francisco, one of only two hotels that stands on Union Square, is located in San Francisco, Calif., adjacent to Union Square's shops and galleries. The hotel stands one block from San Francisco's cable cars and two blocks from Chinatown. Nob Hill and the Westfield San Francisco Centre are within four blocks of this hotel. The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art is located six blocks away.
Hotel Features. Panoramic views of the city and bay are featured at Grandviews Restaurant, serving California style cuisine, traditional favorites, signature dishes and vintage wines. Expert Tip. Sculptor Ruth Asawa's 1972 fountain, located outside the hotel on the plaza, depicts inner city life. Revealing scenes of San Francisco past and present, the bronze reliefs were cast from bakers' clay, and modeled by the artist's family members, neighbors and local schoolchildren.
