Take a trip through 12,000 years of Jacksonville history in Florida's most extensive exhibition of regional history. See native plants and animals in this carefully preserved habitat - right in the heart of downtown Jacksonville!
The Florida Naturalist's Center exhibit features several species of Northeast Florida animals. Some of these include American alligators, gopher tortoises, various native snakes, and birds. Come see the makeover we recently gave our Allosaurus! Although the dinosaur skeleton has long been a fixture at the Museum of Science & History, MOSH exhibit builders have recently renovated its surroundings.
