Take a walk around this attractive one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, pool home. It is located in a lovely residential estate named west quail ridge. A mere twenty minutes east of disney world with quick access to all orlando attractions by using the newly opened osceola parkway. West quail ridge itself is a self contained neighborhood that includes a lovely and peaceful private lake and also a childrens playground. The view from casa bobbie is particularly welcoming as you look over a private lake that attracts all kind of tropical birds and small wildlife. Theres nothing more relaxing then to watch the sunrise over this pretty lake and enjoy wild mallard ducks as they frolic in the florida sunshine. This newer neighborhood includes five golf and country clubs along with a large variety of shopping centers. The world famous florida mall is a short drive away as is the orlando international airport that is just 7 miles north. This home has become very popular with guests that want the luxury of a home yet the convenience of all the disney, universal studios and sea world parks.
