The Hotel opens to a private beach and is two blocks from the miami beach convention center. Two blocks from the Hotel sits the pedestrian-only lincoln road mall.

Vintage black-and-white photographs of sunbathers line a hallway leading to the restaurant, pilikia by the pool, and a sandy beach area with hammocks strung between palm trees. The Hotel offers complimentary expanded continental breakfasts. The polynesian-themed pilikia by the pool offers lunch and dinner within a tropical setting. Poolside food and beverage service is available. The café offers a location for private parties and accommodates up to 600 people. The Hotel includes a business center and a conference room.
