The Strand Ocean Drive, a boutique hotel on the world-famous Ocean Drive in south beach, fla., is adjacent to the beach and just five minutes from the downtown area attractions, including art deco district tours, the lincoln road mall is one mile away, the miami seaquarium is four miles away and the american airlines arena is seven miles from the hotel. The Strand is just 14 miles from miami international airport.
Guests can lounge on the rooftop pool with panoramic Ocean views, exchange currency at the 24-hour front desk and shop and dine at the beachfront restaurants and shops. The atlantic grill & bar serves international cuisine, with seafood, pasta and steak specialties. More casual dining alternative property amenities include concierge services, valet parking and complimentary newspapers. The 65 suites are fully furnished and designed around different concepts, including retro, deco, contemporary and tropical. Each of the suites features stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, 300 thread count linens, designer toiletries, designer mosaic tiles and granite top counters in the bathroom.
