"Appalling service We holiday every year in the
Orlando area and often have been to this restaurant but never again. We were over at Easter and when to have our evening meal here. We were told that it would be a 40-minute wait, no problem. Back at our allotted time we were shown to our table, the waitress said that they were short staffed. Our order was taken and we waited and waited, when people who had arrived after us were being served I complained to the headwater de. Within 2 minutes our meals suddenly arrived. My daughter had a pizza and my wife and I had a spaghetti meal, the main parts being cold. I call the head water back, he called the waitress and she started to argue that it could not be cold, I asked for the manager and was told that he was on his way. 15 minetes letter we started to leave only to be asked to wait again. Needless to say we did not!!!!"
