Refund Policy
Attraction ticket purchases are refundable (except Cirque du Soleil - La Nouba). Even if tickets have been shipped (only un-used tickets will be refunded).
- The Best Refund Policy in the business
- Common sense business practices are used when dealing with your request.
- A re-stocking fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged. This covers shipping, handling & the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card.
- Expired tickets or any ticket not currently sold on our web site cannot be refunded.
- Gator Tours - $10 per person cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for guests canceling the same day, who do not show, or who re-schedule the same day of the service.
Hurricane Guarantee
If your vacation is cancelled as a direct result of a hurricane then you can get a 100% refund on your returned and unused tickets.

- All orders placed before 2pm (E.S.T) will be ready for pick up the next business day* EXCEPT orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, these will be available for pick up on Tuesday.
