Orlando Pick Up Free

The pickup location is at the UPS Store near Universal Studios, Orlando. ^{View Map}

• Pre-order - you must have pre-ordered.
• No walk in's - packages cannot be supplied to walk in's
• Next day pick up - if you place an order for next business day pick up, the tickets will be available after 12 noon (we need time to get them there!)
• ID - two (2) forms of ID are required to collect tickets. Government issued photo id such as driver's license/passport & the Credit/Debit card used for the order. The name on both forms of ID must MATCH.
• All orders placed before 2pm (E.S.T) will be ready for pick up the next business day*
  EXCEPT orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, these will be available for pick up on Tuesday.

* a business day is Monday to Friday unless there is a national or bank holiday.
