Country Inns by CarlsonLocation. The Country Inn and Suites Kissimmee (Fla.) is just over one mile from Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Shops and VF Factory Outlet. Water Mania is three miles away and Pleasure Island in Downtown Disney is less than five miles from the property. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to theme parks including the Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Hotel Features. Complimentary deluxe continental breakfasts, including waffles, are served daily. Complimentary coffee and cookies are available 24 hours a day and the hotel features a Tiki Bar.
